Polyurethane dressing
Hypordress BWT is a sterile adhesive island dressing on thin polyurethane film. Totally waterproof, breathable and extremely elastic, it conforms well to contours and its round corners prevent the dressing from peeling off easily. The acrylic adhesive is hypoallergenic, skin friendly and suitable for long term applications. The highly absorbent viscose central wound-pad, with its polyethylene non-adherent layer, doesn’t stick to the wound and doesn’t release any fluff material. The polyurethane film, sophisticated and transparent, acts as an antibacterial barrier. It has a low coefficient of friction which makes the dressing very comfortable for long treatments. Indications: protection of superficial post operative areas, superficial wounds and burns, exuding wounds.
