Production/Process Engineer
The Production/Process Engineer will report to production/operations and will be responsible for promoting the improvement of production processes, promoting the LEAN approach, identifying and proposing Kaizen projects in collaboration with the production, quality and logistics teams.
• Plan and execute Kaizen activities (workshops, Gemba walks, improvement sites, PDCA)
• Promote structured problem solving and change management approaches (e.g. Ishikawa, 5 Whys)
• Develop, coordinate and facilitate cross-functional Kaizen projects.
• Document and standardize improved processes.
• Foster a corporate culture oriented towards continuous improvement.
• Monitor process KPIs (e.g. OEE, lead time, defects, waste, resource efficiency).
• Degree in Mechanical or Management Engineering
• Proven experience of at least 5 years in a similar role.
• Proficiency in digital tools (e.g. advanced Excel, Power BI, MES/ERP software)
• Lean Six Sigma/kaizen coach training preferred
• Spoken and written English level B2/C1
