Privacy Notice under Article 13 of EU Regulation 679/2016
In accordance with Article 13 of the European Regulation 2016/679 on the protection of personal data (“Regulation” or “GDPR”), Legislative Decree 30/06/2003 no. 196 (“Privacy Code”), as amended and supplemented by Legislative Decree 101/2018, and subsequent amendments and integrations, Plastod S.p.A, located in Calderara di Reno, Bologna, via W. Masetti no. 7, acting as the “data controller,” is required to provide the following information regarding the use of personal data. This notice also draws inspiration from Recommendation no. 2/2001 that the European authorities for the protection of personal data, gathered in the Group established by Article 29 of Directive no. 95/46/EC, adopted on May 17, 2001, to identify some minimum requirements for the collection of personal data online, particularly the methods, timing, and nature of the information that data controllers must provide to users when they connect to web pages, regardless of the purposes of the connection.
Purpose of EU Regulation 679/2016:
The Regulation aims to ensure that the processing of personal data respects the fundamental rights and freedoms, as well as the dignity of the data subject, with particular reference to confidentiality, personal identity, and the right to the protection of personal data. The Regulation aims to safeguard the data of the data subject from improper processing by the “data controller” and, in particular, from disclosure to third parties without the prior consent of the data subject.

Data Processing Methods:
The data controller processes users’ personal data by adopting appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction of personal data. The processing is carried out using computerized and/or telematic tools, with organizational methods and logics strictly related to the purposes indicated. In addition to the data controller, in some cases, certain categories of persons involved in the organization (administrative, commercial, marketing, legal, system administrators) or external subjects (such as technical service providers, postal couriers, hosting providers, IT companies, communication agencies) may have access to the data, also appointed, if necessary, as data processors by the data controller. An updated list of data processors can always be requested from the data controller.

The data is processed for the time necessary to provide the service requested by the user or as required by the purposes outlined in this document, and the user can always request the interruption of the processing or the deletion of the data.
Purposes of Processing Collected Data:
The user’s data is collected to allow the data controller to provide its services, as well as for the following purposes: contacting the user, registration and authentication, interaction with social networks and external platforms, displaying content from external platforms, and statistics. The types of personal data used for each purpose are indicated in specific sections of this document.
Contact Forms on the Website (Sections “Contacts” and “Work with Us”):
By filling in the contact forms with their data, the user consents to their use to respond to the information requests contained therein.
Personal data collected: Company, First and Last Name, Email, City, Country, Phone Number.
Display of Content from External Platforms:
These services allow for the display of content hosted on external platforms directly from the pages of this application and the interaction with them. If a service of this kind is installed, it may still collect web traffic data for the pages where it is installed, even if users do not use the service.
Google Maps Widget (Google Inc.):
Google Maps is a map visualization service provided by Google Inc. that allows this Application to incorporate such content within its pages.

Further Information on Processing
The user’s personal data may be used by the data controller for defense in court or in the preparatory stages for its eventual establishment against abuses in the use of the application or the connected services by the user. The user acknowledges that the data controller may be required to disclose the data upon request of public authorities.
System Logs and Maintenance:
For operation and maintenance needs, this application and any third-party services used by it may collect system logs, files that record interactions and may also contain personal data such as the user’s IP address.
Information Not Contained in This Notice:
Further information regarding the processing of personal data can be requested at any time from the data controller using the contact information provided.
Exercise of Users’ Rights:
Individuals to whom the personal data refers have the right at any time to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of such data from the data controller, to know its content and origin, to verify its accuracy, request its integration, deletion, updating, rectification, transformation into anonymous form, or block the personal data processed in violation of the law, as well as to oppose their processing for legitimate reasons. Requests should be addressed to the data controller. This application does not support “Do Not Track” requests. To determine if any third-party services used support them, please refer to their privacy policies.
